Villa Rates 2012

May - October
2 People = £500:00 per week
3 People = £575:00 per week
4 People = £650:00 per week
5 People = £725:00 per week
6 People = £800:00 per week

November - April
Negotiable

The prices above are for the villa and not per person for a minimum of seven days.

Booking
A deposit of 20% of the total rent charged is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Receipt of your deposit will be acknowledged by post and email.

Cancellation
Up to 8 weeks = Deposit
55 - 29 days = 60% of Total Cost
0 - 28 days = 100% of Total Cost

Refundable Bond
This is £150 per Booking against breakages or damage. It is payable with the balance of your payment 8 weeks prior to departure. It is returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded.

Insurance
It is always advisable to take out insurance against cancellation, property, accident or loss.
