Villa Roban in Northern Cyprus is situated amongst the pine trees opposite the famous Escape beach. Marble floors throughout give that feel of luxury. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is en suite with a Juliet balcony giving views to the mountains and the sea. The second bedroom has a Juliet balcony with views to the mountains and the pool. The third bedroom has views to the mountains and the sea. All the views are superb.
	A fully fitted kitchen and utility room leading through to the lounge with patio doors on three sides all leading to terraces giving the rooms a light and very spacious feel. We have provided Digi TV and CD player in the lounge area. A marble fireplace completes the setting. The pool terrace with a large BBQ area with tables and chairs. Round the pool you will find sun loungers with parasols and pergola. The outside pool area also has a shower area to cool down in the heat. The pool is less than three feet deep to a maximum of less than five feet so children can swim in safety.
